Advisor status of WCM and its Principal, David W. Young was
withdrawn by the company in May of 2005. Mr. Young had
been a Registered Investment Advisor in good standing with all
regulatory agencies from October, 1985 to May, 2005. Tangible asset sales and
re-purchases are the sole business of the company.
